T20 T18 D18. That is the standard 3-dart finish for 150: treble 20, then treble 18, then double 18.

If you miss the first dart

Hit single 20 instead of the treble and you are left on 130 with 2 darts in hand. You cannot finish 130 with 2 darts, so throw for a leave instead and take it next visit.
