T20 T20 D10. That is the standard 3-dart finish for 140: treble 20, then treble 20, then double 10.

If you miss the first dart

Hit single 20 instead of the treble and you are left on 120 with 2 darts in hand. You cannot finish 120 with 2 darts, so throw for a leave instead and take it next visit.
